Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your new look; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, lace-intact wigs within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, items must remain in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the wig in its original netting and box, ensuring the lace is uncut and no hair products have been applied to the fibers.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our inspection center.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our specialists confirm the item is in its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
